Chairman, International Perfume Foundation
Born into a perfumery family, Creezy Courtoy observed significant changes in perfumery that led her to become a perfume historian and anthropologist. She recognized the dangers of an industry losing track of its roots, so to preserve the heritage of perfume she founded the International Perfume Foundation in 1995 and assembled an impressive collection of museum-quality art pieces to illustrate each country’s perfume history. Her exhibition, program and book THE PERFUME ROADS received the High Patronage of UNESCO.
With the increasing demand for natural, the industry started recognizing Creezy Courtoy’s long term vision for the future of perfumery. She gives many talks and shares her expertise with the media.
